FEES

The price of each subscription reflects the face value of your tickets, $35 in handling fees, a total of $21.00 in facility fees, all applicable taxes, and, if applicable, the Patron Club subscription fee noted below. Season Subscriptions, and all Tickets and Additional Tickets purchased under any Subscription, are subject to the Broadway Across America® Standard Season Subscription Terms and Conditions posted on our website at www.BroadwayAcrossAmerica.com/SubscriberTerms. By purchasing a Season Subscription, you agree to such Terms and Conditions. Prices, shows, artists, dates and times are subject to change at any time without notice.



Patron Club subscriptions in all Grand Tier Boxes include a $150 fee for each subscription seat purchased. Patron Club subscriptions in all Orchestra Rows AA-K, Grand Tier Rows A&B, and all Balcony Boxes include a $110 fee for each subscription seat purchased. Patron Club subscribers receive priority access to premium seat locations, available only to these subscribers, prior to tickets being placed on sale to the general public. Additional Patron Club Subscriber benefits include complimentary parking vouchers, access to the North Lobby with complimentary soft drinks, water, and coffee, and recognition in the Audience Show Magazine for all season shows.

ADDITIONAL TICKETS & EXCHANGES

Only Broadway In Louisville Subscribers also get priority access to exchange or purchase additional seats before tickets go on sale to the public. Exchanges for 2018/2019 will be available in the summer after you have received your season confirmation letter. All additional tickets purchased via phone or online are subject to a $10.00 per ticket service fee. This fee is waived for any tickets purchased in person at the Broadway in Louisville office. Additional tickets will not be available for Hamilton. Exchanges for Hamilton will be available for a limited time frame and may be restricted.

BY PHONE

Ticket exchanges by phone may be done by calling 502.561.1003 (M–F, 9am to 5pm ET). Please have your tickets in hand when calling to exchange by phone as we will ask you for a set of security numbers to verify the tickets.

BY MAIL

Please mail your original tickets (make a copy for your records), up to two weeks prior to the performance date or the desired new date and time, whichever comes first, with a note that includes the desired new date and time, and your contact information to:

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT EXCHANGES:

Unfortunately, comparable seating cannot always be guaranteed. Tickets must be exchanged two business days before your regularly scheduled performance and by Friday at 3:00 pm for Saturday and Sunday performances. Exchanges for Hamilton will only be available for a limited timeframe and may be restricted. The following shows have more specific guidelines and exchanges must be completed no later than 72 hours prior to your performance: The Phantom of the Opera, Disney’s The Lion King, Disney’s Aladdin, The Book of Mormon, and Wicked. When exchanging from a lower to a higher-priced performance or price level, the price difference must be collected when processing the exchange. Exchanges may only be made for a different performance of the same show.

Additional ticket requests are processed in the order in which they are received. To guarantee priority seating, please be sure to order your additional tickets before they go on sale to the general public; however, you may place your order at any time prior to the performance (subject to availability). A $10.00 per ticket service fee applies for all additional tickets purchased online or over the phone. This fee is waived for tickets purchased in person at the Broadway in Louisville office located at 620 W Main St., Suite 100, Louisville, KY 40202. Additional tickets will not be available for Hamilton. Show dates, on sale dates, times, prices and artists are subject to change without notice. Season Subscriptions, and all Tickets and Additional Tickets purchased under any Subscription, are subject to the Broadway Across America® Standard Season Subscription Terms and Conditions posted on our website at BroadwayAcrossAmerica.com. By purchasing a Season Subscription, you have agreed to such Terms and Conditions. We do not support the reselling of these tickets beyond face value through any means other than through authorized reselling programs of Broadway Across America®. Doing so will constitute a breach of this season ticket privilege and the account holder will be subject to revocation of their purchasing status and seats. No refunds.

THEATER POLICIES

LATE ARRIVALS

Please arrive on time out of courtesy for the performers and your fellow audience members. Arriving late may result in seating holds or alternate seating within the theater. Admission or re-admission of latecomers is ultimately subject to the producers’ discretion and guidelines for each individual show.

TICKETS FOR CHILDREN

A ticket must be purchased for every person attending the show, regardless of age. If you wish to purchase a lap ticket for your child, please contact the Kentucky Center at 502-584-7777.

ACCESSIBLE SERVICES

Accessible seating, assistive listening amplification system, closed caption performances, and audio described performances are available. Assistive listening devices will be available for use at the concierge desk at the Kentucky Center. For more information, please contact 502-561-1003.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We want to make sure you continue to receive important information on a timely basis. In order to ensure the security of your account, all changes must be submitted in writing. There are a few easy ways to make changes to your phone, address, or e-mail:

1. Log in to the Subscriber’s online account at broadwayinlouisville.com. Under the “Subscriptions” tab at the top of the webpage, select “Manage My Tickets” and log in using your account ID/e-mail address and password.

2. E-mail LouisvilleService@broadwayacrossamerica.com

3. Mail your updated information along with your account number to Broadway Across America®, Attention: Customer Service 620 W. Main St. Ste. 100, Louisville, KY 40202

LOST TICKETS

If you have purchased from an authorized ticket source, such as www.kentuckycenter.org, www.ticketmaster.com, www.broadwayinlouisville.com or the Kentucky Center box office, we have a record of your sales transaction and can accommodate you. Please return to your point of purchase as soon as you discover you have misplaced your ticket(s). We will confirm your seating and will be happy to reprint your tickets, which you will pick up at the Will Call window one hour before your performance. For security purposes, reprinted tickets will not be mailed. Identification and payment verification will be needed when you pick up the tickets. If your tickets were purchased through an unauthorized ticket reseller, we cannot guarantee replacement.

If you lose your tickets at the theater the night of your performance, go to the box office and they will be able to assist you. Ticket reprints for Hamilton may be subject to additional restrictions.

REFUNDS

Should you miss your performance, a refund will not be issued.

By purchasing a Season Subscription, you agree to such Terms and Conditions. We do not support the reselling of these tickets above face value through any means other than through authorized reselling programs of Broadway Across America®. Doing so will constitute a breach of these Season Subscription Terms and Conditions and Account Holders who violate this rule may be subject to revocation of their purchasing status and seats.

When reviewing prices listed on your tickets, they will not add up to the total amount paid. Ticket prices listed do not include season handling fees or Patron Club per subscription seat fees. Due to the nature of live entertainment; prices, dates, times, venues, artists and on sale dates are subject to change without notice.
