The Value of Your Ticket is Safe
In the event we need to cancel any performance for any reason, you will have the option to receive a refund.
If your performance is postponed or rescheduled, we will automatically move your tickets to the new performance date(s). If you are unable to attend the new dates, we will work with you to find a solution, which may include, without limitation, an exchange into an alternate performance or a credit for a future performance.
Please note: refunds are only available for tickets purchased through Ticketmaster and the box office at The Kentucky Center. Some restrictions apply. The above policies apply to tickets sold by Broadway Across America for presentations at The Kentucky Center in Louisville, Kentucky.

*If participating in a payment plan, installments will be automatically charged to your credit card on the dates listed during your purchase. Credit card required. Payment plan may only be applied to the cost of your subscription package. Credit card expiration must be after 12/01/2022. All accounts are eligible for the payment plan.
**Upgrades and exchanges are subject to availability. The difference must be paid when exchanging into a higher priced performance or seating location. Some restrictions may apply. All seating subject to availability. The difference in price must be paid at the time of change. If a refund is due to you, it will be refunded to your original method of payment or credited to your account.
There is a nine (9) ticket limit per account, billing address or credit card. Orders that exceed that limit will be cancelled without notice, including multiple orders with the same account, billing, or credit card. No refunds.
Any requests for adjustments to the season subscription standard benefits or show offerings must be completed by the season subscription renewal deadline, and are limited to one request per subscription account per season. After the renewal deadline only the benefits associated with the package will be offered.
Prices, shows, dates, schedules, venues and artists are subject to change without notice. Depending on production requirements, seating may occasionally become available in the orchestra pit without notice. Season Subscriptions, and all Tickets and Additional Tickets purchased under any Subscription, are subject to the terms on this page and the Broadway Across America® Standard Season Subscription Terms and Conditions posted on our website at BroadwayAcrossAmerica.com/SubscriberTerms. By purchasing a Season Subscription, you agree to such Terms and Conditions.
The price of each subscription seat reflects the face value of your tickets, $50 in processing fees, a total of $16.00 in facility fees for 4-Show Packages, all applicable taxes, and, if applicable, the Patron Subscription Fee noted below.
‡**Patron Club subscriptions in all Grand Tier Boxes include a $150 fee for each subscription seat purchased. Patron subscriptions in Orchestra Rows AA-K, Grand Tier Rows A&B, and Balcony Boxes include a $110 fee for each subscription seat purchased. Patron subscribers receive priority access to premium seat locations, available only to these subscribers, prior to tickets being placed on sale to the general public. Additional Patron Club Subscriber benefits include complimentary parking vouchers, access to the Mary Anderson Room with complimentary soft drinks, water, and coffee, recognition in the Audience Show Magazine for all season shows, access to an exclusive Broadway Concierge Service in New York.
***Complimentary parking is on a first-come, first-served basis at The Kentucky Center and Park Parking Garage. Complimentary patron parking is not guaranteed, is not redeemable for cash and is not transferable.
